Sent my son to BJAB a few years ago. Great teachers and welcoming atmosphere - the only downside in my view was the lack of extracurricular activities.
My daughter has had a wonderful experience at BJAB so far. If you take advantage of everything that this school has to offer you won’t be disappointed. I find the environment to be very warm and inviting at all times. The staff and administration are very welcoming and devoted. My daughter looks forward to attending school every day and I am completely satisfied.
more than steady with great potential
Very small and vey little extracurricular actives with poor parking also.
An absoutely brilliant school, which provides a very warm and caring and secure environment, with great acdemic (and other) results. All of my children have thrived there and love their school.
We were at BJAB for pre-K and K... very traditional British school (though French was finally introduced)... nothing international or particularly innovative but solid. Small and family like.
Very family oriented place - small and intimate. All teachers know ALL kids by first name. Great extracurricular activities. International environment. My daughter loves it!
I have had my children at BJAB for the last two years. The teaching is excellent my children are very enthusiastic and often recreate the exciting learning they have taken part in. My children are always happy and the teachers make sure that everyone is included. Technology is used everyday to enhance and include every child. There is an extensive range of extra curricular clubs ranging from ice skating, karate and ukulele. Small classes and well resourced make sure that everyone has everything they need.
Our daughter has attended BJAB since Year 1 - she will now start Year 7. It has been a wonderful experience. Education at BJAB builds upon a strong ethos of care and respect at all levels. The Headteacher, Mrs White, carefully listens to the needs of children and parents. All children are known by their name to the Headteacher and all staff, and they have learnt to care for each other.
At the entrance of the school, you will see every child arriving with a big smile!
Academically, we believe that the school is excellent. This is also confirmed by several external inspection reports. Our daughter has definitely learnt a lot, Her teachers are engaging and committed, and are able to interest and stimulate all children in the class.
Concerning the facilities, as from next year the older years (from Year 5 to 8) will benefit from a new building, with a large garden, a theatre and big spaces for extra-curricular activities.
We definitely recommend the school!
